This type of Flange is slipped over the pipe and fillet welded. For use with the Nominal Bore Range of Pipes and Fittings.
This type of Flange is slipped over the pipe and fillet welded. These Flanges are used with Hygienic and Metric Tube, the common types of Flange are PN16, Table D and E. Any Flange Type can be made as a Plate Flange the i/d and the thickness can be adapted to suit.
This type of Flange is used for Blanking off Pipelines, Valves and Pumps and also as an inspection cover. Raised Face Blinds are for use with the Nominal Bore Pipe range, for low pressure applications we can supply any Type of Blind Flange as a Plate Flange, reduced thickness no raised face.
This type of Flange requires no welding and is used to connect other threaded components in low pressure non critical applications. We hold 150lb 300lb and PN16 Flanges with a BSP thread or an NPT thread. We also stock Socket Weld Flanges.
This type of Flange is used with either a Stub End or Pressed Collar which is welded to the pipe with the loose Backing Flange behind it. Easily assembled and aligned, it is favoured in low pressure applications.
This type of flange is used in critical applications, circumferentially welded into the system at its neck, which means that the integrity of the butt-welded area can easily be examined by X-ray radiography. The bores of both pipe and flange match reducing turbulence and erosion. This type of Flange is used with the Nominal Bore range of Pipe and Fittings.
